Good Shepherd Hospice in Oklahoma City is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our caring team! If you’re someone who thrives in a supportive office environment and enjoys helping others behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

✨ What You’ll Do:
As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first friendly face visitors see and the go-to support for our team. Your day will include:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing incoming phone and text communications
  • Supporting accurate patient record maintenance
  • Handling mail, reports, time and mileage entries
  • Ensuring efficient daily office operations
  • Working closely with the Executive Director and team

Qualifications

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous office or business admin experience

  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable using office equipment and business computers

  • A heart for confidentiality and professionalism
