The primary objective is to provide face-to-face encounters
for our hospice patients and/or serve as the attending physician at the patient’s request. Provides nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and
health of patients and families in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.

Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate candidate for a Registered Nurse Case Manager serving patients and their families in Salina and surrounding communities. The RN provides nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families. The RN responds to all phone calls promptly and appropriately, makes patient visits as necessary and completes after hours admissions and deaths as needed.
- Previous experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics preferred
